金剛手因手執金剛杵，常侍衛於佛，故稱之為金剛手菩薩，具有除惡降魔的廣大神力。這尊金剛手菩薩，嵌寶石，發紅色，如熊熊火焰般上揚。三目怒睜，面龐方正，兩頰肉感突出，口張如盆，利齒外露，整體表情猙獰可怖。蓮座工整精細，質樸有趣。
