瓶盤口，長頸，折肩，直腹下斂，撇足。紋飾自上而下分為六層，分別為：蕉葉紋、卷草紋，蓮瓣紋、回字紋、纏枝花卉紋、迎蓮紋，釉下青花與釉上紅綠黃諸彩爭奇鬥豔，色彩雅致。“大清乾隆年製”篆書款。
