此壺器身通體以胭脂水為底，上繪粉彩八寶和寶相花紋，流底與壺身相接處繪成龍頭形，紋飾繁複，繪有多層。全器紋飾佈局得當，規整精細，釉色瑩潤鮮豔，絕非後世所能及，為嘉慶官窯之佳作。礬紅款識：“大清嘉慶年製”六字三行篆書款
