WHITE JADE CARVED ‘SHOU’ EWER
清 白玉提壺
Qing Dynasty period.
The ewer’s body carved with flowers and vines surrounding a circular
SHOU character, between scrolling lappet bands, with curved handle
and spout on the sides, complete with bead finial lid, the jade stone is of
smooth white color with mottled interior and translucency.
